At the heart of our Elderly Care division is a dedicated team of compassionate individuals who specialize in providing holistic care and support for elderly individuals facing a mental health concerns. With a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of our elderly patients, our team focuses on addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, neuro-cognitive disorders, mood disorders, sleep disorders, and the challenges of coping with grief during later life.
What sets this team apart is their comprehensive approach, actively engaging with our patients' families, fostering open and transparent communication. Through collaboration with the primary care providers of patients, iTrust's Elderly Care providers create personalized treatment plans that improve overall quality of life.

Elderly Care Providers
Award, and then again in August 2019 as a member of the Wound Care Team. During this time, she completed her Masters of Nursing Degree from Walden University.
Raising six kids, two of whom have mental and physical disadvantages, she has experienced the need for clinicians to be comfortable and knowledgeable about the complexities that stand between patients and their families. As both a parent and a medical professional, she is in a
unique position that offers what education alone cannot - a sincere empathy for and understanding of those living with physical, mental, and developmental issues.
Misty is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, and The American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry. Misty and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of one beautiful daughter and 3 adorable dogs. She enjoys hiking, biking, and cheering on the Clemson tigers in her free time.
Renee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. For her, nursing began as a second career due to a passion for others and a desire to help. After many years at the bedside, she furthered her education at Walden University where she graduated with honors with her Master of Science in Nursing degree. For over 3 years, she has been working specifically with the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities. She enjoys working with this group of patients. She believes treating geriatric patients can often be challenging, as some can have dementia and other co-morbidities, but they are also unique. The relationships that potentially can be formed are rewarding due to these same challenges. Renee strives to make a noticeable difference in these people’s lives.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, exploring her genealogy, and doing crafts.
Caroline’s mission as a provider at iTrust is to give comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate attention to the mental health of the elderly population. She strives to ensure the patient and their support systems feel informed, involved, and confident with their care. Caroline finds joy in understanding each of her patient’s unique life story and values their perspective. She is grateful to offer hope and provide improved quality of life to this dynamic and growing population in our community.
Caroline is originally from Savannah, GA but has called Greenville, SC home since 2003. She loves everything Greenville has to offer. Her hobbies outside of work include trying new restaurants, the mountains, and going to the Peace Center. She also enjoys reading, piano, movies, history, and travel. Caroline is proud to be a part of the iTrust team!
Lindsey has a background in the Emergency Department and home health setting for the last 5 years before going back to school at Clemson University for an Advanced Practice Nursing degree. At Clemson, she worked closely with undergraduate students to succeed in their nursing education through teaching and mentorship. She enjoyed working with Clemson in rural health settings to provide women's health care to the underserved communities. She graduated with her first degree from NC State in Spanish Language and Literature and enjoyed time studying abroad in various Spanish speaking countries. She is a member of the National AANP association and is passionate about her nursing career.
She believes a healthy mind and healthy body lead to a more fulfilling life. Important aspects of mental health include a combination of appropriate medication, counseling, sleep, diet, physical activity, and stress management. Her philosophy of treating mental health is focused on evidence-based practice with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. She is looking forward to working with a diverse group of patients ranging from all ages. Areas of interest include helping women overcome societal demands and body positivity, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, grief, geriatric mental health, PTSD, and ADHD.
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog. She likes exercising, working out at the gym, and going on walks. She loves the cooler weather of winter and visits to the beach and mountains.
Her passion for the elderly community began early in her education by studying polypharmacy in geriatrics with undergraduate research and expanded with psychopharmacology research during her graduate studies. “I believe that this is a population that we as healthcare practitioners can advocate for, and I am so proud to be able to step up on behalf of these special individuals.”
Hannah is an active member of the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants as well as an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Hannah enjoys beekeeping, reading mystery novels and spending time with her niece in her free time.
