My name is Lisa Finch, and I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in behavioral and mental health. I provide mental health care to seniors in the comfort of their community (AL & IL) and now to Elite Day members. As the mother of a grown autistic son, I understand the importance of having the right balance of medications to manage behaviors while preserving his personality and functioning.
iTrust Wellness Group will be able to provide mental health medication services directly at the Elite Day Center in Greer. Since our goal is to be a part of your team in managing mental health needs, I would like to take a moment to address the following commonly asked questions:
What Will It Look Like?
As a specialist in mental health, iTrust Wellness Group will be able to assist in the following ways:

Complete initial evaluations for behavior assessments and prescribe medication (if indicated) with the goal to mitigate behaviors and relieve symptoms.

Coordinate with certified talk therapists to improve coping skills, behavioral management, and advocate for non-medicine approaches for treatment.

See you or your loved one on a bi-weekly basis to follow progress - I do not believe in having to wait weeks or months to be seen when a concern needs to be addressed.

Guardians or families are welcome to be a part of any patient visits.

Clinical notes are available to guardians or families via a patient portal to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
How Much Will Services Cost?

iTrust Wellness Group is in-network with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare insurances. You are responsible for co-pays and deductibles.
When Do I Start Services?

I would recommend having your loved one establish care and receive a baseline assessment, even if the intention is not to prescribe medication or start treatment. Oftentimes, behavioral changes can be sudden, and it is best to establish care ahead of time.
How Do I Start Services?

Services can be initiated by reaching out to the Elite Day Center’s nurse administrator and asking them to send a referral to iTrust Wellness Group.
